Awesome product for my business. Great young company that actually listens, they even had a conference call to get my direct feedback!

Works ok, not great

Works ok, not great. The biggest problem is it takes several days to add funds. Weekends, any banking holiday, etc doesn't count so anticipate a week most of the time. It would be nice to have better capabilities for matching individual statements and expense reports, but that's more of an issue with other software than Bento.

Totally the best prepaid option for small business

Program improvement strongly suggested!

Customer service responded quickly. The issue we have is that the program does not allow for or show monthly statements! Even so, there is no way for it to show a current balance at the time of a past transaction or range of transactions. The card is treated like a credit card in our accounting systems and needs to be reconciled every month. The Bento program does not allow that to be done with ease and accuracy.

An integral part of our "Best Practices" policy.

I have saved enough on Bento to pay the cost many times over. One of the best decision we have made regarding administrative controls ever. My most recommended Admin tool of all time!!

Money needs to load faster
