This is an ideal service for our small business. I have funds automatically transferred from our Business Checking into the Bento card for convenient and secured use by our employees. Would definitely recommend!

I love how fast it is to get new Debit…

I love how fast it is to get new Debit Cards. We do not believe in using debt as a tool, so this was a great option to delineate transactions between employees. However, the integration into Quickbooks leaves a lot to be desired. The Credit Cards companies transfer transactions WAY BETTER into Quickbooks than Bento for Business.

Good product and service...

The ease and convenience of transferring funds to a card which is not directly linked to our business bank account which prevents unauthorized access to said account is what we were looking for. The only drawback is the time it takes for funds to be transmitted when the request is submitted online. If this part of the process could be improved and shortened by a day or so, it would be a perfect service.

Decent Alternative to Credit Cards

What do you like best? I like that we can have separate cards for each of our employees, and that they are not tied to the individual's credit scores What do you dislike? I don't like the reporting. There is a monthly charge that when you run individual reports will not show up on any of the reports. Recommendations to others considering the product: You need to determine whether you want a credit card or a debit card - this is a prepaid debit card that requires reloading ...

I especially feel the customer service department goes out of their way to help their customers. They are always very pleasant and cheery!
