Benify UK - Very slow customer service, stressful experience

Had issues with my workplace pension and it took more than a month to solve them (actually our HR department solved them because the Benify UK Support team were in panic not knowing what to answer). I was opted out from my workplace pension without consent without knowing that no contributions were being made to my pension pot for months. The Benify UI doesn't clearly confirm that I'm opted in or not so I need to keep chasing them. Overall stressful experience, never had these issues before ...

"Very helpful for Employees across the globe"

What do you like best about Benify? I really like the support for different languages. It is a great to tool to make your employees appreciate the benefits. It is more helpful when the company have employees across the globe because sometimes it is hard to reach to the HR/support staff who is residing in a different timezone, this software makes that condition go away at the first place. "Compensation simplified"

What do you like best about Benify? It is very easy to view and analyse the compensation benefits and manage the taxes being paid as well, including that by the employer. The whole system is web-based with good interactivity and logical flow. Good customization and easy to use. What do you dislike about Benify?
