Potential Security Breach w/ Electronic Payment Verification!!

PROS: online data input is good. But they do not capitalize on this. (see cons) CONS: When a charity like ours wants to set up electronic payment we input our bank account information through their website. That is good. But then they asked us to upload a bank letter that has: bank name, routing, and FULL account number! No one ever asks that. What do you like best about Benevity? What we like about Benevity is that they make it very easy to use, follow, and identify. We don't have to wonder how much was given, who has given, when it was given, or when it will show up in our account. What do you dislike about Benevity? It's not the most user friendly system, nor is it super customer service forward, but for what it is, it's great. What problems is Benevity solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy to use"

What do you like best about Benevity? Extremely user friendly, easy to navigate and use reports. What do you dislike about Benevity? I didn't like that we were getting huge fees taken out whenever we received a check, especially when there were multiple donors. On multiple occasions i find it very hard to find any events in my area.
