I love Bench

Trust these experts. The moment I hired Bench to handle my bookkeeping was the moment my business became real. They are so on top of it and I consider hiring Bench to be one of the best decisions I ever made.

Bench saves me time and headaches

Bench has been great so far. No one likes bookkeeping, especially at a startup where you wear a hundred hats as-is and unless you have a degree in accounting don't enjoy preparing taxes. Everyone I interact with at Bench has been friendly and helpful. I've had zero bad experiences.

Better than QuickBooks + Bookkeeper

I'm a novice when it comes to the ins and outs of keeping books for the business I own, so I'm very happy to have Bench. I am able to have conversations with them about how to categorize things for my unique business, but then, for the most part, they run with it. And I have to do very little work to have my books reconciled every month and have all the numbers ready for tax time. It's expensive, but worth it to have it done right, with little effort from me.

After 3 years of service

Being with them for 3 years. All the sudden, they want to up my monthly fee to x5 while their service is degrading. Bad service. More $? Can't deal with a company like this. Waste of money and not worth it

I used them for over a year and even paid to have the catch-up services. All you are getting is custom version of Quickbooks, but you are pay a lot more for it. None of their system is compatible with Quickbooks or follows any standard format and thus you can't switch to someone else. I would never use Bench again.

I'm free to work more important aspects of my Business

I am so amazed by Bench Bookkeeping, wish I had found this service sooner! I'm solely responsible for office management and financials within our Family-owned business. I have a strong corporate background, but I am not as skilled with the details of tracking and categorizing company costs. No Brainer

Honestly, I was hesitant at first but, in doing my own books, I knew something needed to change. My personal accountant Davin, IMO went above and beyond the call to help us get on the right track.
