Bench for startups
I like the use of Bench and its functionality. I am easily able to work with my partner to work through our books and better understand the health of our cash flow. This has also been super helpful to work with investors while speaking with them.

Incorrect Books
Bench bookkeepers do not understand how to account for sales tax and transaction fees. Bench is expensive and is not a substitute for a real accountant. I do not recommend their services.
