Bench has exceeded my expectations
Bench has exceeded my expectations and has delivered everything they said they would. The professionals at Bench do not waste my time with trivial issues. They just get it done. They respond when I ask them to and leave me alone unless it is necessary for them to have my attention. What a great team!

Organizing accounts with ease

Saves time & money
Bench is a phenomenal company with great services for businesses large & small. It saves my small business over 10 hours a month, which is now 10 hours I can use to recruit new clients & customers. The team is highly proficient and knowledgeable in finance & accounting, & very responsive. I’d recommend Bench to any business above and beyond QuickBooks or similar.

Nothing but love for this tool

Not there yet for me
I had a very different experience depending on the client contact working with me. So, it's more dependent on the individual than on their culture and system. I believe Bench wants to get it right overall but they are not quite there yet. Not a seamless experience, a lot of the inputs need to be repeated because they forget. Much happier with my current account person.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Bench made management so much easier. We could communicate with stakeholders through the platform and do our job there at the same time. Besides simplifying our job, Bench has a pool of customer support officers who are very hands-on on your needs. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
