I love the customer service
I love the customer service, that is a game changer for me because there's nothing worst than to feel left in the dark about my business accounting. I didn't give a 5 stars because the reporting is not 100% updated on my report portal so there's a delay on the monthly bookkeeping.

Bench Accounting is much more than just a "service". Our books are always organized, ready for review by our accounting firm and available to us at a click of a button. Bench personnel are all awesome to work with!

Superb Bookkeeping Service...and More.
Superb bookkeeping service that I've now used for 3 years for our business. Communication is very reliable, business metrics and reports are always available on demand. Very, very good company culture and staff. Very dependable. Year end reports are very thorough and accurate. Since joining they have been constantly adding new features, new services and new partners. A lot of value when compared to other bookkeeping services.

Weight has been lifted
I used to worry about bookkeeping. Now, I don't. The customer service is incredible. They are always on top of things, and answer any question I have. Joining Bench was one of the best business decisions I have made.
