We were not happy with the services. Took forever to get anything done and you could tell it was supposed to be more hands off for them. We would have question after question for us to ask what certain vendors were and if they bothered to look at the name they could solve it themselves. ( example, a linen company that had linens in the name) When ever I talked to so,done it felt like I would just repeat what I said last time. Bench has been great at bookkeeping for me and I love being able to talk through the messaging app with my bookkeeper. I think the only problem I had was with the tagging system...it can be a bit clunky and needs to be validated occasionally but otherwise it’s all great !
