I love working with Bench!
I love working with Bench. Their onboarding process was fantastic, and they explained everything I needed to know. They're very attentive, and easy to communicate with. While the team is absolutely amazing, the dashboards are my favorite part. They make it really easy to understand my finances very quickly. I'm so glad they were recommended to mr!

My company has been working with bench for several months now. I am pleased with the level of service offered as well as the communication that is extended. Information is concise and in a timely manner. The monthly call ins are a plus to discuss any concerns or ideas that further benefit the success of my company.

As a first-time entrepreneur
As a first-time entrepreneur, it was really easy to get started with Bench. Going forward, however, I don't think I'll be using Bench because it doesn't sync with quickbooks.

Extremely Helpful!
I spoke with Mackenzie Ford and she was extremely helpful. She was able to give me some very useful information and when I asked about a topic she wasn't too familiar with she promised to consult with her team and get back to me. She emailed me as promised and was able to point me in the right direction to the information I was looking for. I would definitely recommend working with Bench and will consult them in the future as needed.

My book keeper is incompetent
My book keeper is incompetent! Not only am asked the same questions repeatedly, I was asked to explain why a payment was make to a credit card. I urge the reader to go elsewhere. As for me, I am returning to quick books........
