Organizing accounts with ease
PROS: My ultimate favorite about Bench is that it takes in all our accounts and combs through them to achieve our desired outcomes. CONS: I don't understand why it cannot automatically add up the total revenue I raked in from a particular business.

Bench has been absolutely amazing!
Bench has been absolutely amazing! As a new business owner, managing my books quickly became overwhelming. I started off using Quickbooks and what I quickly found was that bookkeeping is not intuitive on that site. And, it helps to have some type of financial background to properly manage the books. Bench gives peace of mind for business owners. I don't have time to manage my bookkeeping while also running my business. Best digital service
PROS: I'm giving five stars because of its 24/7 customer service, its nimble interface, its accuracy in reporting and orderly bookkeeping. Tax reporting is made worry-free. CONS: Wish it could offer payroll service for employees someday.

Fears put to rest
Everyone I interact with at Bench is so easy to talk to. I was nervous about my first booked call, but my fears were quickly put to rest and I knew everything would be taken care of. My team is thorough and also renamed the accounts to what I was used to looking at in my check-writing software. It is so easy to upload or email upload documents. I love knowing I'm not responsible for keeping my books up-to-the-minute. I truly enjoy Bench so far!
