What do you like best about Bench? The interface and process are simple enough, and I like the fact that I'm dealing directly with real humans that I can hop on a call with. Also, they reply pretty swiftly. What do you dislike about Bench? My company has a subsidiary in a foreign country and because of that they couldn't handle the taxes directly so I had to use Taxfyle. Bench completed our annual books in a record time and helped us file a tax filing before the deadline.
The team at Bench completed our annual (historical) bookkeeping in a record time, which allowed us to file our taxes before the extended deadline. I would definitely recommend Bench to any early or late-stage startup.

Finally a solution for small e-commerce business accounting!
I came across Bench.co from our current payroll system, GUSTO, and I am so glad we found Bench.co. We had a hard time finding a bookkeeper for our e-commerce business since e-commerce accounting is an entirely different ball game.
