Satisfied beyond belief with Bench
After vetting several bookkeeping/tax companies, I decided to go with Bench because of their full-service options to guide me step-by-step through the process (as opposed to me having to do a bunch of work to sort through documents on my own) as well as their commitment to establishing (and publicly reporting on) greater equality for women and BIPOC in their company's employment. Dana was great to work with for my retro bookkeeping. I had an account that was difficult to manage and she made sure to communicate with me and bring someone in to be sure it was handled correctly. I really appreciate her hardwork!

Great Customer Service and overall experience. Thank you Bench!
We have used Bench for the past 9 months or so and have been very pleased. I like that our personal bookkeeper and team is available for questions in the messaging feature and that I can schedule calls as needed. The onboarding team was also extremely helpful as we got all of our accounts set up and off the ground. Overall, it’s been a relief to hand off our books, thank you Bench!

Bench Retro Bookkeeping
Bench accounting and my retroactive Bookkeeper Lauren were highly professional, personable, and in general wonderful to work with. We were operating under a tight timeline and the Bench retro team was able to get everything we needed taken care of quickly and efficiently. Their level of communication is top-notch throughout the process and I would urge companies to use them!

Literally Life Saving

I have only been with Bench for a…
I have only been with Bench for a couple months now, but I love how streamlined the interface is! It makes it very easy to see your finances. The bookkeepers are on top of it and reply quickly too.
