Product is SO easy

Product is SO easy. I wouldn’t ever use anything else for a single newsletter.

Personal and helpful

Personal and helpful. They have a slack community where I can reach other users on various topics. All their employees have their DMs open and are open and willing to help with anything. I suggest a new feature I am told yeah that’s cool we’ll add it to the roadmap or no it’s not on the roadmap. Overall very open. Very transparent. I can always connect with someone, even the CEO.

My opinion after working w/ all the major email platforms...

Use Beehiiv if you're serious about your newsletter

We've been using Beehiiv for our newsletters and it's made things so easy for us. We get detailed analytics. Email open rates are super high and don't bounce. They even teach you how to grow your newsletter and give you monetization opportunities through their ad network. I also love using them because they're constantly shipping so I know I'll always get the best tech to support us as we grow.

Beehiiv is great

Beehiiv has a great platform and, more importantly, a great team. The platform delivers on its promises of being a "one-stop shop" for newsletter creators/agencies. The team is super responsive to it's core user base, considers feedback and ships new features like mad. Plus, pricing is really competitive. 5 stars. Would newsletter here again.

Id give it 5 bumblebees 🐝 if I could, but I can’t so stars will have to do. It’s not about the cool founding story for me or all the reps they got over at morning brew. It’s not even about how quickly they ship product. But that is really nice. Sometimes the founder responds back when we have a cool idea for improvement! Pretty in touch with their users. Excellent platform that allows anyone with 0 experience writing content online spin up a newsletter, grow / build an audience, and has an exceptional - native text editor. Highly recommend for anyone evaluating a nnewsletter platform

beehiiv is a no-brainer if you're running a newsletter business

Absolutely the best choice of ESP if you're running a newsletter / newsletter business. Really love the pace at which they ship new features, and the team is approachable and open to learn from customers. Personally, I run Facebook Ads to grow my newsletter, and the analytics within beehiiv make it so easy to see from which ads my subscribers are coming. Definitely a game changer when it comes to optimising growth for newsletters. Highly recommend for anyone starting a newsletter!

Beehiiv seems to have some red tapes from within and not so transparent about their monetization policies for example. One moment they allow you to monetize and one moment restrict. And they aren’t sure of why they have to restrict you

No Way to Report Spam or Abuse

I'm getting blatantly spammed by a Beehiiv user, with a "newsletter" (using the term lightly) that I for sure never signed up for: "Need oversees developers? See how we quadrupled blah blah blah... Can we set up a meeting?" I searched and confirmed, while there is an "unsubscribe" button, there is no way to report this user for spam or report abuse to Beehiiv.
