Great software that is leading the charge for newsletter businesses. Awesome customer support too.

I am a new user.

I am a new user, so I have very little insight. Moreover, I am on the free version, so many of the features are not available. Getting started on a new email is very sraight forward. I have not progressed to the Newsletter level, but will be doing that shortly. Your stats feature is fantastic!

Fantastic company for newsletters

Fantastic company for newsletters. They're constantly shipping updates that are actual value adds. The monetization program looks pretty good, but I haven't had a chance to use it since I'm still a small sender.

Personalization and tons of free benefits

starting out my newsletter felt scary until I joined beehiiv. I love the customization it offers as opposed to some other sites and they gave me a website with it. I'm writing a serial fiction piece so to be able to personalize everything was awesome. You get 30-days of priority support when you join with your free trial and then keep access when you go paid. Totally worth it, IMO.

Blows the competition to pieces

Blows the competition to pieces. I've used 4+ email software providers and BeeHiiv is by far the best. A story: I requested an addition to their API functionality and the next day (literally) they had push the change. Unbelievable. I've never had service like that from a tech company before.

Powerful Email Newsletter

I started writing my newsletter Enterprising with Beehiiv and it’s a big upgrade from Substack. The automations and monetization are 10x as built out as Substack, saving many hours. No need to waste time emailing Lead Magnets or selling ad placements to Sponsors. It’s great.

I bought their scale plan in order to use boosts. I have gained 200+ active subscribers, done multiple posts on an account that is over 2 months old and I still can not use boost feature. The responses from their support are completely useless. They copy-paste their messages from previous cases instead of actually focusing on solving them. Dont give them your money because they will not even allow you use a feature you PAID FOR. CON ARTISTS.
