Difficult to use and no bulk edit and bulk select options.

What do you like best? Nothing really, i don't know why we switched to this platform or why even people like it. What do you dislike? I've used this platform for about 3 months now and it's seriously very very difficult to use. I regret the day my company moved towards using this platform. It is highly rated but very difficult to use if you have a lot of customers and campaigns. There is no bulk edit options and you can't edit all the details once the campaign is launched.
