Follow-up assignments

What do you like best? Keeps my tasks better organized with a follow-up of the advances they have to know what the document is missing or what has been done to correct it When a new task is started with a new document, I give the staff the deadlines of the projects so that they know the expectations and have their work rhythm in their own way. The follow-up of the conversations and the materials sent are not confused because it is by separate companies so that you have the ...

Basecamp is perfect for all types of projects

What do you like best? We really like the simplicity of the Basecamp design. This platform is oriented to optimize our workflow, and offers an excellent portal for clients. It has a cooperative writing of documents, and it allows to follow milestones of each project. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, it does not allow the application of Gantt diagrams, as it is a bit rough and limiting. It does not allow adding agile methodologies, nor customizable project models. It also does ...

Basecamp is a simple and helpful program

What do you like best? Great soft, been using this for a couple of months now. I like that we are able to have different task lists for different teams. It's nice to assign the tasks to other people too. What do you dislike? Basecamp doesn’t communicate with other software and it’s almost too simplified to be useful. Still kind of confusing to navigate around. May come easier with use. Recommendations to others considering the product Great tool for teams to collaborate. The ...

Basecamp is a powerful tool to manage many projects

What do you like best? What I most liked in Basecamp was using it for requesting jobs for art directors, assigning the tasks to them and filling with deadlines. Whenever they've done their work, they just reassign it to me and I get notified by e-mail. This is not only meant to be used for internal employees but external vendors can be given access in order to avoid the mess created on emails thus all the conversation between teams, departments and companies stays very organized. What ...

Great to handle individual and collaborative projects

What do you like best? Basecamp was the first remote platform that I used working as part of a digital team. At the time it was pretty revolutionary, at least for me, since I had never used anything like this before. I liked that there was a kind of "newsfeed" to keep everyone on the same page, and file-sharing was easy. What do you dislike? File uploading was a bit...strange. Particularly with the way jobs are sorted. If you're not familiar with Basecamp right off the bat, you have ...
