What do you like best? Easy to respond - can either do via email or through the actual platform which means you can do things on the fly. It's also great to be able to upload documents to reference later right within the platform. What do you like best? Basecamp is great because it allows you to manage multiple projects and multiple teams. It features several types of communication: private message or "pings," group chats or "campfires," comments on individual items, so you can choose how private the interaction will be.
