Singular Project Management

What do you like best? It's all encompassing for one project - including notes, file uploads, etc. What do you dislike? It's confusing in it's lack of nuance with sub-projects, assignments etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working with a vendor, so it's their Basecamp. I don't find Basecamp works well for client, but I imagine it's quite nice for the vendor.

Best tool to manage software projects.

What do you like best? The feature which I personally like the most is the ease of collaborating with my team members to accomplish the project. Basecamp organizes the things so well and in a well-defined manner which enhances the productivity of the team. What do you dislike?
