What do you like best? You are in a position to hold a lot of details on the guidance. Basecamp was used to organize the sign-up and awareness among some of the volunteers and it was the primary portal that they came to for data and training. What do you dislike? What do you like best? My team used it to manage communications, tasks, and projects. What do you dislike? Sometimes, it was unclear which project or task I was replying to on a thread. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basecamp has saved my team and me a lot of time not having to write emails for everything. It has also saved clutter in my email inbox. We used it to manage mobile app testing projects.
