Strong team collaboration tools, including real-time communication, task assignments, and notifications to keep everyone aligned.
Highly effective for remote and hybrid teams, allowing easy management of tasks and communication across distances.

A good collaboration platform but possibly been overtaken by others...
What do you like best? Basecamp is a useful tool to collaborate on projects it does all the usual things you'd expect but with the sheer acceleration of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams I feel it is now lagging behind. It is still a common and trusted platform which is helpful when running projects that span multiple organisations. What do you dislike? Document collaboration feels poor and does not lend itself to live editing as you have on Teams and G-Suite... ...

Beautiful interface and easy remote communication
What do you like best? My favorite part are features that facilitate communication and accountability, such as the ability to send out a scheduled check-in about what people are working on every week or day. The message boards and other flexibility of what to include when viewing a project are also helpful. I also just find it more aesthetically pleasing than other tools like Asana that just seem crowded and busy/ What do you dislike? It's not as robust in its project management ...

Positive experience as a non-admin user
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to collaborate on work when team members are scattered across the world. It is very difficult for team members to be unaware of what is expected of them. What do you dislike? This isn't related to the product itself, rather the administrators of the organization for which I frequently use Basecamp. When someone is new to the group and has never used it before, they might not understand that the email updates they receive are just a ...

Easy for Project Management and Client Communication
What do you like best? The to do lists would be my most favorite feature they have. I can create tasks for my clients too, just a reminder for them to complete some items on their end. It would also send out emails to them, reminding of the tasks they have, pretty neat! What do you dislike? Depending on your package and upgrades, there are limitations in the memory/storage, we do tend to run out pretty quick, the good thing is that you can always archive or remove unwanted/old ...
