Great team collaboration tool for managing projects and team workloads
What do you like best? Easy to use system with easy tracking of conversations and tasks under different subjects. Email notifications means that you can login when needed rather than having to keep the system running What do you dislike? nothing on this that I dislike at present, but the mobile version could perhaps be a little easier to use (android App Recommendations to others considering the product worth using, I have also used the free version for personal projects, trip ...

Fantastic Collaboration Tool
What do you like best? There are so many features of Basecamp that I like, but most of all the ping and to-do list functions. What do you dislike? Determining which settings are best to not get overwhelmed with notifications yet still not miss something important can be difficult at first. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting businesses with the untapped potential of opportunity youth; used primarily for collaboration ...

Basecamp - Great Project Management Resource
What do you like best? Easy to set and manage workflow as deadlines approach. What do you dislike? Often there are too many email notifications sent to all personnel on a project. My favorite project management tool
What do you like best? I use this with my team internally, but I've also been on the client side. You can set it up in just a few minutes, and it's easy to use. I especially love that I can work in the nitty gritty on projects and only pull my boss in when necessary for approvals. What do you dislike? The interface isn't the prettiest. It may sound vain - but I want to work with something that's beautiful! Especially if I use it every single day. What business problems are you ...

Moderately Helpful
What do you like best? I like that you can add multiple people to a project. I like that you can upload documents and PDFs to share with everyone on the project. I like the tasks and being able to assign them. I like that I can collaborate with people who don't work for my organization. What do you dislike? The email integration is annoying. I don't like the way the emails look when they come in through Basecamp. It is not very user intuitive and aesthetically not pleasing. It does not ...

Great tool for tracking a long term project!
What do you like best? I love having the ability to access information from the past all in one location. What do you dislike? I honestly can't say I dislike anything in Basecamp. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basecamp solves having to search for an email or communication because it's all located in one place. The major benefits for us include keeping track of files and viewing them all at once.

Basecamp for project management
What do you like best? I like the options available in basecamp to add specific people to specific projects. As the owner or admin on the account you can control who sees what. I also like getting email notifications on a project and being able to respond to the email and have it posted to the thread on basecamp. I like the tile view and list view combination to put featured projects at the top of the page. What do you dislike? The message area and the to-do comments all seem to blend ...

Basecamp helps me keep my projects organized
What do you like best? Basecamp allows you to keep tasks and projects separate, easily send messages regarding different tasks and discuss important project components. I also like the doc and file storage capabilities. What do you dislike? Nothing with the platform, but some people don't use the features correctly and that can cause more work on a project. They over communicate. It's more of the training required and ramp up time that slows things down. Recommendations to others ...

Helpful management tool to keep projects on track
What do you like best? It allows people from all over the state or the world to see how a project is coming along. It's u/i is easy to use and intuitive. What do you dislike? It was all good for me. I liked the whole experience. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure each teammate is in board with using the program, if everyone isn't on board then it won't work. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used ...

Basecamp Fan
What do you like best? The features I like most about basecamp are the ability to create project templates, multiple levels within the templates (lists, tasks, and comments, and the ability to have conversations at any of those levels. What do you dislike? I wish it was possible to assign it to a team rather than just one individual. That feature would make it much easier to work when you have a team project. Recommendations to others considering the product I'd experiment with ...
