Good Software, quick customer servie

What do you like best? Good project management tool. Allows tracking of project milestones What do you dislike? Should be a one click to assign an owner and due date. You need to currently click multiple times to assign both. There should be a way to copy tasks from an existing list. Cool feature that allows user to email a list to a project, but have to assign the owners all over again. What business problems are you solving with the product? Awesome project management tool

What do you like best? Simplicity and ease of use are awesome. We used it for our last web redesign to manage the project and it worked great. What do you dislike? I wish the free version was a little more polished, but it's free so I'm not complaining What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It just makes project management easy. Everyone can see what they need to do and there is no intricate process to get the software to work.

What do you like best? Easy collobaration and task assignment. Items don't get lost in a string of emails. What do you dislike? Can be difficult to find the tasks you want to updated Recommendations to others considering the product It makes is easy to keep track of tasks across a number of users in different locations What business problems are you solving with the product? Some limitations around documentation within the system and ability to access large sets of project info. Excellent collaboration tool

What do you like best? I enjoy the "to-do" lists that you can create, and then have comments, and files attached to each section of the to-do list. It is an excellent way to stay organized for the content for the projects, but also for the comments and ideas associated with each section.
