A Must-Have for Digital Companies to Stay Organized and On-Track
What do you like best? Life before Basecamp was NOT fun. I really have no idea how I managed my business before Basecamp. Now we run our entire business via Basecamp and it has saved me countless hours, serious stress, and has made me a more efficient business owner. What do you dislike? Some of the features from Basecamp 2 they were slow to add to Basecamp 3 or they still are not added. Right now I'm noticing my images don't show up in a task when I paste the image file URL, like ...

We love Basecamp for project management among remote employees
What do you like best? We love the ability for multiple people who are working remotely to contribute in real time to projects. What do you dislike? The number of emails that get sent from basecamp for notifications can become burdensome but it is nice that you can choose who to notify. Recommendations to others considering the product Basecamp is a fantastic tool that helps your team finish projects on time and keep track of what the heck is going on. What business problems are ...

Simple, easy to use!
What do you like best? Good general purpose project tracking tool. Not as full featured as most project management systems but a good starting point for beginning a simple project with multiple users, tasks. What do you dislike? Tough to find your projects amidst so many if your organization uses it. Critical path isn't a clearly laid out feature. Not a replacement for full fledged project management programs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Basecamp. There is no better resource for coordinating projects.
What do you like best? It keeps project materials consolidated into a single place, emails the relevant parties of updates, and I don't have to mess around with file permissions (a la GDrive. What do you dislike? Basecamp has a window to drag files to attach, but this feature has never worked for me. Recommendations to others considering the product Basecamp 2 has been amazing for us, but I can't really speak to Basecamp 3. What business problems are you solving with the product? ...

Nicely organized + great for collaborating with clients
What do you like best? The top two features I like about Basecamp are the ease of collaboration with a team and/or clients, and the ability to upload files to the project profile. What do you dislike? As a graphic designer, I'm not crazy about the uninteresting interface design. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Love having everything in one place, instead of dozens of emails and attachments. Helps keeps multiple concurrent ...

Great tool for cross-functional collaboration
What do you like best? Low learning curve - users are up and running very quickly. I like having the visiblity of a project in one place. With the new basecamp, I also like that tasks can be assigned to more than one person. What do you dislike? Unlike true project management software, you can't tie a deliverable date for one person to the completion date of another. I'm not a fan of "campfires." There are too many tools for chat out there and it creates confusion. I find that adding ...
