What do you like best? Basecamp is a great tool for cross-organizational collaboration. What do you dislike? It's not intuitive enough to create projects. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For limited uses, Basecamp's a pretty good platform for organizing projects with very small teams.

What do you like best? Basecamp can be used in a multitude of ways. My team uses it a lot when working across other teams within our company. Documents can be shared, to-do's can be assigned to individuals, due dates can be set, reminders are sent to emails. Everything about Basecamp makes being organized 100x easier.
