What do you like best? I think Basecamp is pretty easy to use. It's nice being able to easily see the tasks that you have assigned to you and to easily access them to get them done. What do you like best? It was a good way to keep organized if everyone used it together. What do you dislike? Some people had issues wrapping their heads around it, so it fell out of favor. Recommendations to others considering the product Be sure everyone uses it for best effectiveness. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multiple projects by multiple teams with a variety of timelines. This did keep that organized.

What do you like best? It keeps everything organized in one place, and there are a lot of options to customize how to use it best for your company. It can be used for scheduling, task-assignment, file-organization, lots of possibilities. You can connect with clients and give them access to only the things that you want them to see.
