Basecamp - Great for construction tracking!

What do you like best? It's a nice way to keep up with a current project without having to ask several people the same question over and over again. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's a little hard to follow. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For accounting purposes, it's great for completion dates and back-up.

Great for multi-location collaboration

What do you like best? Basecamp is great for quick collaboration between parties in different locations. Easy to share files, calendars, ideas, questions without making sure everyone is cc'd on a specific email. Definitely the best way to collaborate with a lot of different people on a project. It's also nice to have one place to look for everything pertaining to a certain project without having to scroll through old emails to find something. What do you like best? It's a nice way for our group to stay organized. I like that there is a place to post and a calendar. Also great that there is an app so that you can access it from anywhere. What do you dislike? I think it can be confusing to find files and old posts. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love how clean the interface is, it is also easy and quick to start using. Basecamp keeps project management very simple. What do you like best? The ability to organize tasks under projects makes this invaluable. There's no confusion when you need to add a new task under a recurring project, and the customizable notification settings make sure everyone can see what they need to. What do you dislike? A recent update changed the home screen, which means things are harder to find. Most of our work is done under the "To Do" section of Basecamp, but the layout is constantly pushing us towards the Campfire ...
