What do you like best? It's a great way to allocate tasks, assign due dates, and assure that things are completed in a timely manner. The ability to check off items that are gone and send reminders is essential. We previously relied on long, horrible email chains to make sure people finished their assigned tasks, and often people would simply ignore the email. What do you dislike? There's something to be said for not needing to search through e-mail folders and sub-folders for various pieces to a project. What do you like best? That it's web based and accessible from anywhere; seriously, for updating things, this wins hands down. Regarding project management, seeing projects & todo list in a simple way and single pane of glass makes it easy to get tasks accomplished.
