What do you like best? User friendly and easy to disseminate information. What do you dislike? No major complaints, other than it'a immediate functionality is not apparent to new users. Recommendations to others considering the product Go for it! But be sure to explain it's function in detail to your team. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Simple straightforward discussion platform. What do you dislike? Document upload is a nice feature, but no versioning. What business problems are you solving with the product? To communicate negotiated logistics to teams on the field.
What do you like best? You can comment on attachments, and have conversation chains. What do you dislike? It's boxy, which makes it look older and "not cool." It also difficult for some of our employees to understand. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's just what my company uses.

Not all it's cracked up to be
What do you like best? It works well as a check box to-do list. What do you dislike? There's no ability to schedule things Automatically. Everything is manual. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We schedule Launches of new campuses. If one task gets off it affects others and you have Togo in and manually move all of the dates.

Great for small teams
What do you like best? Basecamp is great for ease of use and user experience. It's been very easy for most people who've used it to pick up and understand. What do you dislike? Notifications and responsibilities are the weakest points for our use. Notification emails are generally overused within the system, so communication is going out non-stop. Excellent tool to manage team & reduce email!
What do you like best? I love that Basecamp brought a solution to the never ending email threads where information is bound to be lost in translation. I use it to manage a team of 4 plus several freelancers for design projects. You can keep projects all within one thread, upload documents and images, and expedite the process of approvals and execution. What do you dislike? There isn't much to say that I dislike. Great for Project Collaboration
What do you like best? The ability to assign tasks and timelines to commit and engage project participants is awesome. What do you dislike? To date I have not identified anything that I dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basecamp has reduced our need for as many "check in" meetings, which actually increases time on task.
