Antiquated Sharefile software

What do you like best? You are able to share large files that our email server will not allow. The program allows for multiple uses inducing clients and project managers. What do you dislike? There is a lot of front end work to set up projects and include participants. There is also no way to link this into your outlook mailbox. Straightforward and simple.

What do you like best? As far as project management systems go, this one is really straightforward and easy to use. We use this as a direct line of communication (and way to record exchanges with our clients and it runs smoothly every time. There are tabs that work as a one-stop shop for files, discussions (messages, and a place to review who's actually on the project. What do you like best? The functionality of it to be used by multiple people for the same project. What do you dislike? It can be hard to follow the pages and find exactly what you're looking for. Once you mark off an item, it seems to be harder to locate it again.
