Easy but Clunky

What do you like best? It is pretty easy to use if you train people exactly what to fill in. The rest then gets left alone. What do you dislike? I felt it could be better organized. I didn't like having to copy and paste everything in to ensure work was saved if it crashed or timed out. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This was used for product review writing so that many people could log in and write from one company.

More features than we need!

What do you like best? Sharing and collaboration of projects and tasks, integration with google docs (just insert the link and it's saved to the project, reminders, task lists and more all make this a great product. What do you dislike? There is very little I dislike about Basecamp. One small complaint is the way they upgrade. Gets the Job Done

What do you like best? it is east to use the software within our company and easy to train new employees. It makes collaboration within teams easy and i like that it integrates with our Timeneye time tracking app. What do you dislike? WIth our version you are not able to assign multiple people to 1 task. What do you like best? I like that I can customize my dashboard to include the most relevant projects or the ones I'm currently working on. What do you like best? Basecamp has taken our small business to the next level by allowing us the ability to create project level to do lists that our entire team can see as well as be notified. What do you like best? Our organization works internationally and Basecamp helps keep us all connected, even when we're across the globe. What do you like best? I have had great success using this when working with entrepreneurs, artists, and musicians who may not otherwise have their project pieces in order.
