What do you like best? I love that it is super easy to set up, start projects, and add people to view projects. I also really like that you can set up templates so you don't have to keep entering in the same information each time. What do you dislike? Good project management tool that doesn't get bogged down with too many features

What do you like best? Basecamp's simplicity is one of it's strongest features. When a tool is too complicated or has too many features, people sometimes get caught up in trying to use them all - sometimes at the risk of good project management.
