Great for Projects; Not for Chat

What do you like best? I like that it's really easy to group all of your projects together and set to-do lists & schedules for projects. What do you dislike? Basecamp captures a lot of activity but it isn't great to chatting. When you come back from a conference and you have some insights unless they apply to one project it's hard to decide where to share them. What do you like best? I like that there is a place for everything, tasks, scheduled meetings, dead lines, files, to do. What do you like best? I like the way that that communication threads are set up. You can open a communication thread up per topic that you are discussing, add to them at any times (including documents, pictures etc. and get alerted via email as well. What do you dislike?
