What do you like best? The best part about using this software is the ability to separate numerous projects / tasks into discussions and keeping all lines of communication in one place. This beats multiple email threads which prove to be problematic and confusing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I am a freelancer and Basecamp is widely used by many of my clients. I like that so many people are so familiar with the tool. This makes it easier for me to get up to speed with a project. I can go back and read old threads and there's a smaller learning curve when I start a new project. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that our remote workers and home offices were able to collaborate so intuitively in real-time, choose which projects were shared w/ which team members, and effectively manage tasks, deadlines, client needs. What do you like best? I like navigating my to-do list easily and managing projects, as well as receiving updates to my email easily and replying back through email or Basecamp. What do you like best? Basecamp is very useful for sharing and organizing large quantities of documents among several people. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, if you need to move a document to another folder or delete it, you can only do so if you are either the administrator or the one who uploaded it yourself. What do you like best? That everyone gets to see all the files uploaded onto Basecamp and comment on them. What do you dislike? There is no folder system, so it's always a task to go through individual files. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Adaptability of the settings so I can receive or not receive notifications and emails as I want or need.
