What do you like best? The item that I like the best of Basecamp is the ability to keep project teams updated when different project items change or get added. I have been using Basecamp for over 5 years now and have watched the program continuously improve over the years for the better. What do you like best? Very collaborative tool for sharing ideas and information from project team members. Makes easy to retrieve project based files. Easily integrates with email & provides straight forward user ID/Password administration. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability for everyone to be in the project at one time. The ability to hid threads and make them internal. The task management assigning & tracking is also extremely valuable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like that Basecamp constantly shows the most recently updated files, across the entire Basecamp platform. Good for keeping organized

What do you like best? I like that everyone, both inside and outside, of my department could use Basecamp together and track progress on projects that we were working on. It was particularly beneficial when outside vendors were involved in projects for my department. Since we didn't have daily face to face interaction with them, it was good that they could get into Basecamp and check our progress and we could check theirs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Basecamp made it easy to set up recurring tasks and to post updates for projects that involved large groups. Linking to files was a useful feature as well. What do you dislike? Can't live without it.

What do you like best? The Teams and update features on BC3 are great for internal communications and helping everyone stay in sync and on the same page. What do you dislike? Calendar function is not idea. Don't like the inability to migrate files from BC2 to BC3. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Process, turnaround, efficiency. Internal and client ommunications have improved dramatically using Basecamp.
