What do you like best? While I don't use it too often, the admin functions (adding project users, etc. is very intuitive an easy to navigate. What do you like best? Straightforward and easy to get started. Most folks - even non-techies - can do basic navigation and work. Most people only use a portion of the features. If you want to use more features, you will need to do more process onboarding with your team. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease-of-use of the site and the many features that it offers. What do you dislike? I would like to see a much more robust mobile version. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing multiple projects spread across multiple team members. Easily bringing the client into the conversations and ability to see progress AND ability for client to provide their deliverables.

What do you like best? The ability to collaborate on checklists with other members of my team is a great feature. We were able to take a plan from idea to execution with Basecamp over a 3 month period early in 2016 and am grateful for the time we use it. What do you dislike?
