What do you like best? I love the ability to allow staff to participate in multiple projects, as they can contribute time and talent, even when it falls outside of their typical duties. This program has allowed our organization to transition from an ineffective, ego-smashing hierarchy to using a holacratic model with amazing results and increased participation and buy-in from staff. What do you like best? Ease of use and real time access by multiple users. Security is good so fa. Also you can control access per users as well. What do you dislike? I am hoping for better GUI. What do you like best? We've used Basecamp for our last 3 annual meetings and it has been helpful for file sharing between our office and non-local volunteers. It's easy to navigate, user-friendly, and very straightforward. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Basecamp can be, and often is, incredibly overwhelming. However, as you get used to the software and work out a system of organization with your team, it is extremely useful. It's easy to reference back to previous conversations and files, it's simple to organize, and everyone has access to the info they need at all times. What do you like best? one central location that everyone can log into remotely and see what is going on about a particular project. What do you dislike? when I use the calendar I can't put the end time, I can only put the start time. If someone wants to know my schedule they only know what time I've started an assignment, not when I'm ending and can be free for something else.
