What do you like best? Allows us to share files and work status when we work with vendors. What do you dislike? Not much of a project management tool but a good collaboration tool. What do you like best? The inherent visual nature of Basecamp makes it incredibly easy to submit work, give feedback, and create versions of work. Too often I have things that I send over email and things get confusing with versioning, you aren't sure what people are looking at, or you get confused.
