What do you like best? This is a great project management platform that I have used at 2 different jobs now for different purposes. The best thing about it is that you can share projects internally as well as externally. So we share it with our clients so everything is in one place. In addition, you don't have to share all of the pieces of a project with a client. You can set parameters for who sees what so clients only see the end result rather than the whole thing. We love Basecamp

What do you like best? Basecamp is the heart and brains of our project management team to produce great looking websites. This tool allow us to collaborate with our team and include the client in our discussions regardless of location. What do you dislike? Baecamp does not allow for changing an email address of a user. So if a client changes their email address midstream and no longer has access to the old one, we cannot update it. So old messages using the old user no longer notify ...
