What do you like best? I like how you can organize each project. I work in advertising, so we have a number or different client with multiple projects. We name each Basecamp job with the client name and the project name, so we can keep everything we need in specific jobs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Basecamp is easy to use, very intuitive, and is a great way to have collaborative discussions with team members. You can also archive old discussions so that they don't clutter your view. This helps you focus on the most important things. What do you dislike? Basecamp had some major performance issues on my pc. What do you like best? I loved the ease of access for discussions, assignments, and archives. I liked that the support staff were available for answering user questions, and their response time was within 24 hours. I liked how simple it felt when using the software. Good at what it does, but I wish it did more

What do you like best? I like assigning things to various team members, so we always know who is doing what. What do you dislike? Once the task is done, it disappears, it's very difficult to track completed projects.
