What do you like best? I find Basecamp to be a great experience when everyone is bought into the use of the tool. The level of granularity is outstanding and it's absolutely wonderful to use with clients if they possess attention for detail. What do you like best? easy to manage projects, assign tasks and have everyone involved see what's going on. What do you dislike? nothing yet. I'd be great if there were a dashboard feature I could use without the web page being pulled up. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great project product for people who don't usually use project management tools

What do you like best? I like the ability to have document control and have everyone work on the most recent version. It's very intuitive to use, even for non-IT savvy people. I like the ability to assign tasks. I like that you can reply via email and have it appear in Basecamp. What do you dislike? Basecamp is good, but limited

What do you like best? Basecamp is good for small organizations that don't have too many people involved and not too many files flying around. It's nice to be able to collaborate easily. What do you dislike? It feels clunky and the interface isn't very beautiful. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaborating when no one can meet in person is made easier through this product.

Great for multi-team projects and planning

What do you like best? Basecamp is great for multiple people that are involved in one project, providing the ability to assign tasks, set schedules and discuss projects in one place. It also provides transparency for all those working on the project. What do you dislike? Basecamp has gone through several various system upgrades. Project management made simple

What do you like best? The simplicity of the system and integration with Google Drive. What do you dislike? When the product updates, it keeps the legacy systems operational. As such, we now have clients using £ different versions of Basecamp. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralised communication on projects that enable all stakeholders to follow the important updates without large email threads being created.

Basecamp Keeps Me Organized

What do you like best? I love the way it is organized by "projects" and "discussions". This really appeals to my slightly OCD nature, and makes it very easy to digest information, and find what I'm looking for. For projects that have multiple pieces or tasks, I use the discussions as individual elements to keep track of, and really like the way the newest comments jump a discussion to the top of the list. Excellent and Affordable for Organization with Lots of Moving Parts

What do you like best? Everything is in one place: no more losing emails, having the wrong versions of files, or people confused about what their tasks are or when deadlines are. It can be used heavily and interfaced with daily, or can be used as a birds-eye perspective for a supervisor. What do you like best? Basecamp is easy to integrate users from inside and outside of the company.
