What do you like best? Easy to organize different teams to communicate seamlessly on projects and share updates. What do you dislike? Not as full-featured as Slack, more of a messageboard What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using basecamp to send wide ranging announcements about policy changes and feature updates. Very easy to use and receive.

Helps get everyone organized

What do you like best? Helps to get eveeeryone on the same page and to have a common location for documents and discussion. What do you dislike? Automatic emails come early and often. Project management software that's actually usable

What do you like best? An app that's designed to foster collaboration and encourage teams to self manage their projects. We've used every version of Basecamp and were delighted to migrate to Basecamp 3 a year ago. We love the new interface and easy navigation between projects and features using the jump menu. What do you like best? Simple, clear, easy collaboration, nothing complicated that would let things be missed. What do you dislike? I wish there was the ability to rank tasks by priority.
