What do you like best? I love the ease of being able to find files, conversations, etc. What do you dislike? I wish there was a universal view for project managers. For example, I work for a company that has 3 PMs, and when one is sick, we chip in to help. If we are not put on every single project, we can't see activity. What do you like best? This is how we communicate with our marketing department. Works great. What do you dislike? Sometimes the department misses a notification and it can delay response time. The email notification can come a little slowly. Works well to keep multiple people apprised of a project's progression

What do you like best? Easy to keep a subset of people aware of problems/progression of part of a project. New posts and replies are sent via email as well as kept on the website. Has a to-do list and calendar feature. What do you dislike? Adding people to an established conversation was difficult. What do you like best? I love the layout and user experience - it works in the same way my brain thinks about laying out a project. What do you dislike? What do you like best? There are so many channels to keep information separate. Having a message board for meeting minutes and a chat room for quick questions is great! What do you like best? It keeps everything in one place and out of my email, great for milestones, timelines, file sharing, messaging and contact info. What do you dislike? It can be confusing that there are multiple "versions" of Basecamp. I'm most familiar with the Classic version, but newer flavors like 2 and 3 are out and my colleagues prefer those. What do you like best? Very simple to use, great at uploading documents, taking notes and collaborating What do you dislike? Gantt charting and dependencies of tasks is lacking. What do you like best? I've used Basecamp for years now and I love the simplicity of it. It's very user friendly and I find myself motivated to complete tasks because I get to see the running list of everything I've done. What do you dislike? I honestly can't think of anything.
