What do you like best? I love the ability to collaborate on projects within teams. Additionally, it is an amazing platform to gauge group process and receive automated updates for action items. Too Basic - Not Used for the Right Things

What do you like best? The interface is easy to use. It is clean but looks a little dated. It could be a much better product if people were using it for its intended tasks. Do not use it to report problems. It is when clients try and start using it as a ticketing system that it breaks down. I like the calendar and whiteboard features. What do you dislike? What do you like best? While Basecamp can do a lot of things, the organizations I've worked at have primarily used it use it to keep track of who is where when and who's working on what. It's a great way to see if a project or area is covered, who's away, and let's team members communicate with each other, even when they're spread out. What do you dislike? I'm part of many projects and there is no search function to find a certain task or thread. I have to hope that someone pings me or dig through all my projects to find what I am looking for.
