I love basecamp!

What do you like best? I like the visibility. Basecamp makes it so easy for everyone to see what is coming up. What do you dislike? The only downfall I've noticed is in Basecamp 3. There is no calendar. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication and collaboration.

What do you like best? Basecamp is great for freelancers who aren't necessarily in the same place or room as others they're working with. It allows projects to be uploaded so everyone involved can see the request, upload files, and add comments. What do you like best? Basecamp is an awesome tool if you want to keep things simple and get things done with a group of people.
