Basecamp is good enough, but not the best

What do you like best? It's pretty easy to manage and find files within basecamp. It's also nice to be able to restore deleted files (Accidents happen! and while I haven't had to use this feature, it is always nice to know it's there. What do you dislike? You can't set a listed duration for a set task. Moreover, it is difficult to track time for multiple projects. Setting up multiple projects on tight deadlines may make basecamp seem unappealing. In short, Basecamp has completely changed the way we work

What do you like best? Before using Basecamp, our marketing office literally used paper job bags. This allows us to completely digitize everything and also acts as an archive for all projects. The clientside has been very helpful allowing us to track approvals and instructions from clients. What do you dislike? I really miss that Basecamp 3 does not have a standard calendar feature. Helpful, but don't love it

What do you like best? I like that Basecamp is collaborative and allows multiple users to communicate about one project. I like that the program has due date options and will send alerts and reminders to keep me on track. What do you dislike? I dislike the dashboard/user-friendliness of the program. Basecamp 2 better than Basecamp 3

What do you like best? Basecamp is a good project management tool. Due dates, sending tasks back and forth, and closing out tasks is helpful. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to signify when start dates for tasks are in addition to due dates. Because we put in many tasks for clients for each project, it can get overwhelming to look at your list and there are tons of tasks on there. What do you like best? I like how you can organize multiple calendars and share them with co-workers. Also, the messaging is very easy to use, and also can sync up to your email. What do you dislike? It can be be a little chaotic when you have a plethora of campaigns or calendars you are involved with. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
