Great Product

What do you like best? Easy to use, task management is a nice tool as well as client customized communication. What do you dislike? Not as good for complex projects needing things like a Gantt chart. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Client communication has been very easy through this product

All encompassing, thorough

What do you like best? Base camp is truly an all-in-one for project management! What do you dislike? Inability to preview files other than PDFs What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating multiple groups in multiple projects has allowed us to maintain confidential info while getting projects handled.

What do you like best? Basecamp has been a sole communication & project platform for the past 6 years I've been in Marketing. It's an easy way to not bombard an inbox, it allows multiple people to be present in project communication and my favorite, it creates long threads from projects which you can use on other projects/clients! What do you like best? Basecamp is extraordinarily easy to use. With its simple interface and the prevalence of drag-and-drop functionality throughout the experience, Basecamp is a pleasure to interact with. What do you dislike? I started using Basecamp about 5 years ago, and not much has changed in that time. What do you like best? Easy to share ideas and thoughts. Very user friendly and secure for remote teams What do you dislike? Pleasant way to figure out and manage resource allocation and project management

What do you like best? I love that it allows you to fully communicate with your teams in a precise way. It also allows for every aspect of the project to be taken care of in one convenient location. What do you dislike? I wish that there was a way to connect all of the calendars into one intuitive process. Basecamp valuable for bigger groups but tedious for small teams

What do you like best? The interface is easy to use and the features are definitely user friendly. The email updates are a nice touch to get a sense of what was accomplished over the course of a day. What do you like best? I like the "To Do" feature I think most because I am able to see at a glance what is left that needs to be done, I can assign team members tasks, set deadlines and add comments as needed for updates.
