A good, collaborative tool with multiple features.
What do you like best? Basecamp provides the ability to share files with multiple groups of varying users. What do you dislike? Viewing multiple documents and files is clunky as you have to continue back-tracking to the main menu. So intuitive it hurts!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create new tasks and assign it to people. With this product you would never have to talk to your team if you didn't want to. What do you dislike? I'm not a huge fan of the team being able to change the due date of a task without providing a reason. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of everyone's todo list without having to follow up with them on an individual basis.

Very user-friendly management system
What do you like best? The usability of the software was fantastic. It was easy to setup, maintain, and use on a daily basis. What do you dislike? I disliked that the software had limited editing capabilities. When editing projects and tasks, it would be more helpful to be able to edit things. What do you like best? Easy to use, task management is a nice tool as well as client customized communication. What do you dislike? Not as good for complex projects needing things like a Gantt chart. What do you like best? Base camp is truly an all-in-one for project management! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Basecamp has been a sole communication & project platform for the past 6 years I've been in Marketing.
