What do you like best? I like that Basecamp allows for interactions either directly through my email inbox or through the site. What do you dislike? The interface is very basic. It could use some more visual appeal. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The best way to keep everyone on the same page.

What do you like best? We use Basecamp to communicate/coordinate tons of different projects that are being touched by lots of different people, including remote employees and customers. It ensures that everyone is on the same page for each project, and allows us to distribute work in the most effective manner. What do you dislike? Good Platform

What do you like best? I like that you can assign tasks to others on the team What do you dislike? I don't think there is anything that I dislike What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using BaseCamp to allow our customers to post their issues with our products so that we can resolve them in a timely fashion. This allows the entire team to see the issue, rather than one person that may be out of the office.

The interface was very appealing, and I love that if you left the page where you were leaving a comment without posting first but went back to the same page later, the previously written text was still there. Not bad; a bit dated

What do you like best? I like that you can assign tasks to other people and see all tasks in one space. What do you dislike? You cannot assign a whole group of tasks to one person at one time or assign multiple sets of tasks at the same time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ticket tracking and assigning tasks for website launch. Nice because it emails people when task is assigned.

Great Tool for Managing Projects and To-Dos

What do you like best? Basecamp is a great resource for managing projects and series of to-do lists. In the past I've used the program with developers when updating websites. We are able to correspond on the platform, but you can also reply to users via email. It's great to have the running log of conversations captured and the platform also lets you upload files to it. What do you like best? I like ease of uploading documents for sharing. you can also set up multiple projects with different members on each project. What do you like best? Sleek, no-nonsense design. Clean and minimalist while supplying plenty of options for different formats, workflows, and working styles. What do you dislike? It doesn't scale up to the large business model as well, and the price isn't sustainable for large groups needing high budget efficiency in their workflow.
