Great for project management

What do you like best? I like how I can compile all project to-do actions in one section What do you dislike? I don't like the overall interface it just looks like a lot at once What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management and client completion

Useful, but not great.

What do you like best? The interface is great, it is very easy to watch a project's completion. What do you dislike? The mobile app doesn't have push notifications and you end up with a ridiculous amount of emails clogging your inbox as you collaborate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making simple to-do's and updating projects on the go. It's a bit easier than forwarding emails and text messages around to the proper person.

Best program project and department management

What do you like best? I worked in a company where some of the department members worked remote. Basecamp gave us a why to keep track of department projects, assign roles and deadlines. Alerts were sent when a part of that project was completed or deadline missed. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislike. The program met all my department needs. BASECAMPS HELPS KEEP YOU ORGANIZED

What do you like best? Basecamp allows me to have multiple projects open to work on with various teams. This allows us to work easily and review and share files quickly. It also helps me as an admin to watch over whats happening between third party vendors and my teams. I can help answer questions and get things on track easily. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's really easy to use! the interface is straight forward and easy to understand. It really helps in centralizing the information and keeping everybody involved informed. What do you like best? Store files and have conversations that don't get lost in your email. What do you dislike? Organization of files is sometimes tricky, but I think that is due to who is actually "managing" our Basecamp.
